Hey! I’m Alexia, a physical therapist turned health coach.
As a mom, I know how it feels to be exhausted, overweight, and frustrated with my overall health after having a child. I believe every mom can rise above the challenges that motherhood can bring and thrive in every area of life.
As a Mind/Body Health Coach, I help educate and empower my clients to tap into the power of their mind/body connection to not only be healthy in body but also in life.

After delivering my 10 pounds 1 oz baby boy (57 hours of labor!) I was unsure if my body was EVER going to be the same again. As you can imagine, I had A LOT of postpartum body issues. I had diastasis recti and 5 abdominal hernias. I was overweight and had dyspareunia (pain with sex). Honestly, I felt broken and defeated. I was unhappy with my body and so exhausted that I couldn’t even think clearly. I didn’t really know where to start. After lots of research and relying on my education as a physical therapist I designed a program for myself to reclaim my mental and physical health. I was able to get back to my pre-baby size and I was mentally and physically stronger.
Through this process, I realized that there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to recovery, and there’s much more to it than only doing exercise. Drilling down to what your beliefs are, defining what you want, what you really really want, and figuring out what it’s going to take to make that happen is where I can help. You are not broken. I repeat YOU ARE NOT BROKEN. Your body has performed an incredible and miraculous act by bringing life into the world, and your body should be celebrated and cared for.
You can embrace your body, the healing process, and know that you are a good mom and it’s ok to care of yourself.

I will help you develop your custom action plan, strategize your daily practice blueprint, and provide you with both accountability and guidance to help you achieve your goals and live the life you want and deserve.
